Refunds and Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if the sizing doesn't fit and the tags are still intact. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your FANCHEST, we can offer you a full refund.

For an exchange or refund, email our customer service team at sales@fanchest.com or Facebook message us. They will send over a prepaid label to the email we have on file for easy, carefree returns.

When contacting customer service, please include your order number.

    Hi,
    I spoke to Scott almost about a week ago regarding my brother fanchest that came with a Ravens football but it was a Raiders fanchest and he said he was going to send a Raiders football and a extra hat for the mix up but those haven't arrived yet. Can you please let me know when that will arrive as my brother bday was 9/1.
