Pending charges

I have a pending charge on my account but I did not receive an email confirming a purchase. What should I do?

If you are seeing a pending charge from us on your card please contact us so that we can verify whether or not an order has been placed. *If we have verified that an order has NOT been placed by us but you still have a pending charge on your account, please contact your bank and ask them when they are going to release the funds back into your account.
